A full report on the building that provides a picture of the construction and condition. It involves the longest inspection and preparation to allow for greater technical detail/description. This service is more expensive than a Homebuyer report. This is mainly due to the extra time spent on site and level of thought and consideration required in providing the report.

It is likely to be needed in the following cases: an unusual construction; Listed; old; large; extensively altered; and where major conversion or renovation is planned. It is based on a detailed visual inspection and concentrates on matters, which may require urgent attention, or defects, which may prove a significant liability in future.
