ENFRANCHISEMENT VALUATIONS:

COLLECTIVE FREEHOLD VALUATION (for flat owners or block landlords)
Block of 2 Flats: prices start from £300
Larger Blocks: prices start from £350
The valuation fee will depend on number and value of flats in the block and the complexity of the lease or leases. An additional fee is charged where we subsequently conduct negotiations - based on a minimum fee of £310.

INDIVIDUAL LEASE EXTENSION VALUATION (for flat owners or block landlords)
prices start from £300. We can also quote a discounted fee for groups of two or more flat owners intending to simultaneously claim Lease Extensions. An additional fee is charged where we subsequently conduct negotiations - based on a minimum fee of £310.
