We offer residential and commercial property valuations for many purposes in the Dorset and Hampshire region, including:

Freehold Enfranchisement for flats and houses under:
Leasehold Reform etc Act 1993 (Collective Freehold Enfranchisement for Flats);
The Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (Right of First Refusal) and;
The Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (for Houses)

Investment Properties

Expert Witness Reports for Court proceedings (e.g. Litigation/Matrimonial dispute) in accordance with the current RICS guidelines and Code of Practice. I have given expert evidence at County and High Court levels relating to valuation issues, both as an Expert and a Single Joint Expert

All valuation reports are carried out in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Appraisal and Valuation Standards (often referred to as the Red Book) unless agreed otherwise.
